Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Radhe Business Software website and describe, at a high level, how we license software and deliver professional services. By using this site you agree to these Terms. If you are entering into a paid engagement, the signed order form, statement of work, or master services agreement controls if it conflicts with this page.

Radhe Business Software is a software development company. Our commercial offerings include:

• ZifyCRM — sales and customer intelligence software.
• ZifyWMS — warehouse telemetry and fulfillment software.
• ZifyConsult — practice management for consulting teams (clients, projects, payments, targets).
• ZifyStocks — SKU catalogs, multi-site stock, reorder rules, and valuation.
• Custom software development, system integration, cloud migration, and AI enablement services.
• Implementation, configuration, and managed support when purchased.

The public website, Experience Center demos, and AI assistant are informational. They are not a production system, a bid, or a guarantee of fitness for a particular warehouse, sales process, or regulatory regime.

You may browse product and company pages for a lawful business purpose. You may not:

• Probe, scrape at abusive volume, or attempt to disrupt the site, demos, or assistant.
• Misrepresent your identity or your authority to act for a company.
• Use the assistant or contact forms to submit unlawful, confidential third-party, or malicious content.
• Copy site copy, layouts, or demo behaviour for a competing product without our written permission.

Access to ZifyCRM, ZifyWMS, ZifyStocks, or custom applications is licensed, not sold, except for work product expressly assigned in a written contract. Licences are limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable except as the order allows. You are responsible for your users, credentials, and the accuracy of data you load into the system.

We may provide documentation, APIs, and implementation guidance. Reverse engineering, resale of the software as your own product, or removal of proprietary notices is not permitted unless applicable law gives you a non-waivable right to do so.

Implementation, integration, data migration, and custom development are performed under a statement of work. Estimates are good-faith engineering judgements, not fixed bids, unless the statement of work says otherwise. You agree to provide timely access to systems, subject-matter experts, and decision-makers. Delays on your side may move dates and fees.

Unless a contract assigns ownership of custom code to you, Radhe Business Software retains intellectual property in our frameworks, accelerators, and pre-existing libraries, and grants you a licence to use the deliverables for your internal business operations.

Interactive demos, sample scores, warehouse telemetry, and ROI calculators use illustrative or simulated data. They are meant to show product behaviour, not to advise a specific purchasing, staffing, or inventory decision. Do not enter real customer, patient, or production credentials into a public demo.

If we host or support a production system for you, you must not use it to:

• Violate law, export controls, or another party’s rights.
• Store or process data you are not authorised to handle.
• Interfere with other customers, or attempt unauthorised access to our infrastructure.
• Benchmark or publicly publish performance results without our written consent.

The Radhe Business Software name, ZifyCRM, ZifyWMS, ZifyConsult, ZifyStocks, site design, documentation, and software are owned by Radhe Business Software or its licensors. Feedback you send about the products may be used to improve them without obligation to you.

The website and public demos are provided “as is.” We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted or error-free. For paid software and services, any warranty, service level, or acceptance criteria appear only in the signed commercial documents. We do not claim certifications (including SOC 2 or ISO) on this site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement for the public website and unpaid evaluations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Radhe Business Software is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of this website or from unpaid evaluations. For paid work, liability is limited as stated in the governing contract; if that contract is silent, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the three months before the claim, except for liability that cannot be limited by law (such as fraud or death caused by negligence).

Both parties will protect non-public technical and business information received during a sales or delivery engagement and use it only for that engagement, unless the information is public, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Radhe Business Software’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a signed contract names a different governing law. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive venue for disputes that are not resolved commercially, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any forum to protect intellectual property or confidential information.

We may update these Terms for the website at any time. The effective date will change when we do. Material changes to a paid subscription or services engagement will be handled under that contract.
