Radhe Business Software (“Radhe Business Software”, “we”, “us”) is a software development company. We design, build, and implement enterprise applications — including ZifyCRM, ZifyWMS, ZifyConsult, and ZifyStocks — and related custom software, integration, and cloud work for business customers.

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website, demo and consultation requests, the on-site AI assistant, and related marketing or pre-sales activity. It does not replace a customer contract that governs data inside a paid ZifyCRM, ZifyWMS, or Inventory tenancy.

Please treat the following as separate:

• Website and sales data — information you give us when you browse this site, request a demo, contact us, or chat with the assistant. That is covered here.
• Customer product data — records your organisation stores in ZifyCRM, ZifyWMS, ZifyStocks, or a custom system we host or support for you. That data is processed under your order form, master services agreement, or data processing terms, not this marketing-site policy.

We collect only what we need to respond to you and to run a professional software practice:

• Identity and work details you submit: name, business email, company, phone, team size, and the product or service you are interested in.
• Project context in free-text messages — workflows, integration needs, or questions about ZifyCRM, ZifyWMS, ZifyConsult, ZifyStocks, or custom development.
• Assistant chat content sent through the on-site AI widget, used to answer product questions. Do not paste secrets, credentials, or personal data of third parties into that chat.
• Technical logs such as IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages viewed, used to keep the site reliable and to understand which product pages are useful.
• Cookies or similar storage where we use them for session behaviour or basic analytics. We do not run advertising networks or sell lists of visitors.

We use website and sales information to:

• Reply to demo, consultation, and support requests and to schedule conversations with engineers.
• Prepare a relevant technical discussion (for example CRM vs warehouse scope, integration, or implementation).
• Operate, secure, and improve this website and the assistant.
• Meet legal, accounting, and security obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use website form data to train public AI models.

We share information only when it is necessary to deliver the work:

• Infrastructure and communications providers that host email, the website, or the optional AI assistant (for example a model API), under their own processing terms.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) when required.
• Authorities if the law requires it, or to protect the company, customers, or the public from harm.

If we engage a subcontractor on a customer project, product and project data follow the customer agreement, not this policy.

Lead and contact records are kept for as long as we have an active conversation or a legitimate need to document a sales or delivery relationship, then deleted or archived according to our internal retention rules. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for operations and security review.

We apply access controls, encryption in transit on this site, and least-privilege practices for staff who handle inquiries. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; we work to reduce risk in line with a software engineering company of our size.

This site is intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
